Alison Krauss is one of the richest and most well-known Country Singer who was born on July 23 1971 in the United States state of Illinois, Decatur. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Krauss were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss, born 23rd July 1971, is an American artist and performer. Her career in music began as a young girl, winning local contests by when she was 10 years old, and making her first recording at the age of 14. After signing with Rounder Records, her first album came out in 1987. In 1989, she was asked to join Alison Krauss & Union Station with whom she performs.
