Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and musician and. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. Born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools formed a group called White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. The band's outstanding performances enabled them to beat their first Battle of Bands 2009. Although he has always shown interest in music He also wished to become an attorney or physiotherapist. He worked for a time as a part-time baker within his town with the aim of helping economically at home. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions for The X Factor. Due to this, his group had to be split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury member of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles to join the band One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. They sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart during the contest, which made them one of the frontrunners to win the contest. They were however in third behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds to One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
