Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Ohio, Columbus. Biles is believed to be one of the greatest athletes. The 2016 Olympics took place in Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s first female gymnast to win 4 gold medals. She also won the title of world champion for all-around three times consecutively (2013-15). Biles was born in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to be interested in gymnastics while she was just 6. The coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went to an excursion. Biles took home a gold medal for floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the elite gymnastics in the year the year 2011. Within two years, she dominated this event. Biles's consistency, her exuberant nature and high degree of difficulty for her four events- vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercise -- made her above the others.
